1. Who is contacting you?
You have been designated as a beneficiary of a payment split configured by a Customer using Divide ([To be configured]).
Divide provides the technical calculation and orchestration tool. The Customer remains your contractual counterpart regarding amounts owed to you.
2. Payments and Stripe
Payouts are executed via Stripe Connect. To receive funds, you must complete Stripe onboarding (identity, bank details, information required by Stripe).
By continuing onboarding, you accept applicable Stripe terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement.
Divide is not your payment institution and does not hold your funds in its own bank account.
3. Possible statuses
- Sent: your share was transferred to your connected Stripe account.
- Pending (KYC): onboarding was incomplete; automatic resume when Stripe enables transfers.
- Failed: contact the Customer and verify bank details in Stripe.
4. Personal data
Divide processes your name, email, and onboarding status to execute the split on behalf of the Customer. You have GDPR rights (access, rectification, etc.) with the Customer as controller and, for data managed by Divide, at [To be configured].
